I had a great experience with this transmission shop! The team was knowledgeable and friendly, making sure to explain everything clearly. After experiencing some transmission trouble in my sedan, I was recommended to this shop by a coworker. The staff was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain the issue without using too much technical jargon, which I really appreciated. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, which is always a nice touch. Once they started working on my vehicle, they kept me updated on progress and timelines. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they managed to fix the problem! My car has been running smoothly ever since, and I feel much safer driving it. The only downside I encountered was the limited parking, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the quality of service I received. The next time I need any work done, this will be the first place I call. I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at this transmission shop. After doing some research, I decided to take my SUV in after hearing complaints about rough shifting. The staff greeted me warmly and took the time to listen to my concerns. They quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through the repair process in a way that I could understand. It was absolutely refreshing to see such passion and expertise! They kept me updated throughout the repair, and when I picked up my vehicle, it drove like a dream! I was particularly impressed with how thorough they were; they even suggested some preventive maintenance that could save me money down the road. The pricing was fair, and I felt confident that I was getting great value for my money. The only downside was that they were a little busy, and I had to wait longer than expected for my car to be ready. But I guess that’s a good sign that they’re popular! I will definitely return for future repairs and recommend them to anyone in need of help. Plus, the customer service alone is worth the visit!
